We at Frost Five, Inc. only aim to deliver your order to you, your friends and loved ones within the Philippines based on the specific date and time that you have chosen. To ensure proper and timely delivery, please read and follow our Terms of Use below:

• Online orders must be placed before 5PM of the day before your preferred delivery day.

• All transactions will be settled in PHP (Philippine Peso currency), with no minimum amount spent required.

• Credit cards/ATM cards will be billed at the same time the order is placed.

• As proof of a fulfilled order, an electronic copy of the order confirmation letter will be emailed to the purchaser indicating the time, date, name of the recipient and other details of the order.

• Revisions and cancellations should be made: at most 10 minutes after order is placed. The sender is required to contact the BLK513 team via email or mobile for cancellation or revision of online orders.

• Frost Five Inc. reserves the right to reject order cancellations requested beyond required cancellation/revision lead times.

• Revisions/changes in the order are subject to confirmation and additional cost when applicable. Said changes/revisions may cause delay in delivery.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• We only deliver to areas in Metro Manila.
